Winter vacation Oberstdorf (Feb. 2004)
Again we travelled to Oberstdorf to have some relaxing days in the snow. We chartered a holiday home in 'Pension Eibe' (very recommendable). We had tons and tons of snow. As we do not feel comfortable skiing we would not put up a pretty good show on skis. Thus we hiked a lot. Although it was pretty cold the sun was shining all day long, inviting us to the one or other break at some mountain pastures where we could rest in deck chairs. GREAT feeling - tons of snow around, but we were sun-bathing in t-shirt and with sun glasses at a height of 2.000 meters.
